1. Communications with the Customers: We consider binding
agreements only the ones made by email, not by phone.
2. Prices: Rates you can see on the table are per apartment
per night and based on the number of people housed in the apartment, and
include breakfast for the first day, sheets and towels, water, gas, heating,
electricity, final cleaning and VAT tax. Charges for additional services,
discounts and recommendations found at the page "Prices" are
an integral part of the general conditions. So they are accepted at the
time of booking.
3. Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a
reservation.
4. Deposit Payments: We accept only payment in Euro currency.
The deposit may be paid by Bank Transfer (contact us for details) or by
Moneybookers online payment systems (payment can be made to info@frallarenza.it.)
Write the dates of stay booked on the reason for payment.
5. Balance Payments: The balance (difference) is paid
at the end of stay exclusively in cash (Euro). Not accepted credit cards
or ATM for the payment of the balance at the agriturismo.
6. Reservation Confirm: As soon as we receive the payment
in our bank account or moneybookers.com account your reservation will
be confirmed with an email.
7. Cancellation policy: If you will cancel your reservation
we do not refund the deposit.
8. Claims: All disputes, claims and litigation regarding
the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding.
In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail, Perugia
is the competent forum for all disputes, claims and litigation. All claims
must be submitted in writing or via email within 30 days after the end
of the services.
9. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions
at any time; the new conditions and/or prices will come into force as
soon as published on our site www.frallarenza.it.
