Our rates

We live here in Frallarenza and we are open all year, no closure period.
The prices, which you can read in the table below, are per night and vary depending on the apartment, number of persons and the number of nights of stay. We decided not to alter prices in high and low season during the winter because the winter-discount is for us to offset the cost of heating, which is included in the price. Exceptions are the New Year Eve and Easter (25% more, minimum stay 3 nights), for which there is lots of demand.
Normally we ask for a minimum stay of one week during the summer (from Saturday to Saturday) and two nights during the winter, again the problem of heating since spacious apartments and rooms heating is a big expense for us.
We want our guests have clear and transparent informations, so the prices are all-inclusive, no end surprises!
After the table of prices you will find all discounts, all services included and those (few!) that you will pay extra.

-€ 15.00 per night for each person extra - Breakfast is included the first day
-Prices include sheets and towels (weekly change), water, gas, heating, electric power, final cleaning and IVA tax.
Both the appartments have color TV and a Free Wide Band Wireless Internet Connection
-€10,00/person discount (for the entire holiday) if you bring your own sheets and towels
-Wood for fireplace: € 10,00 a box (around 30 kg) --- Charcoal for outdoor barbecue: € 4,00 a bag of 3 kg
-The fireplace is only for ornamental use, and it is not possible to use it for cooking
-Each apartment has a washing machine: € 2,00 per washing ( washing soap is included)
-Please, do not use our towels in the swimming pool area
-Check in: after 16.00 --- Check out: before 11.00
-To book we ask a 30% advance to be sent by credit card or bank transfer
We do not accept Credit or Cash Cards to pay the balance at Frallarenza, so you should pay it in cash: our business is too small to pay this service to the bank!
it is possible to pay the balance through Paypal adding a 4% for the Paypal fee, while we do not ask the PayPal fee to pay the advance
